A1 Helpdesk Upgrade

In an effort to continuously improve our service to clients we have just added several additional enhancements to the helpdesk, one such feature introduced is "Customer Satisfaction Surveys" which you will have the option of submitting on completion of any job.  We hope that with the introduction of these forms, we will be able to closely monitor the level of service we are providing, and thus increase overall customer satisfaction significantly.
